Your goalie just skated for an hour. Ask them how it went and you'll get ‘good.’ Ask which reps they'd take back and they genuinely can't tell you — nobody remembers their own stance from forty minutes ago.
Every 1% Club session is filmed end to end. The video is in their portal before dinner. Not a highlight, not a clip someone had time to cut — the whole hour, from behind the net, so they can watch the rep they weren't sure about instead of trying to remember it.

The same angle, every time
The cameras don't move. That sounds like a small thing and it's the whole point: October and March are shot from the same spot, so you can put them side by side. Progress you can see instead of progress somebody tells you about.
Six goalies. Three nets. Two per net.
Not a number we picked for marketing. Two per net is what lets a coach watch every rep and correct it before the habit sets. When it's full, it's full.
Games tracked separately from practice
Most tracking lumps them together, which makes the numbers useless. A .905 in games and a .880 in practice tells you something real. A .895 average tells you nothing.
Goals with a number on them
Not “work on rebound control.” “Rebound control: 6/10 in October, target 8/10 by March.” Your coach sets the baseline, your goalie can see the gap, and the gap closes or it doesn't.

Here's the honest problem with paying for goalie coaching: you're in the stands, you can't see technique, and every month you're writing a cheque on faith.

If you're playing AAA, prep, junior or pro, one session a week isn't your development — it's a checkpoint. What matters is what you do with the rest of it.
Log every game
Shots, goals, minutes, whether you started, came in, got pulled or backed up. Save percentage and GAA calculated properly — backup games don't drag your numbers down, and a relief appearance counts for the minutes you actually played.
Watch your own film
Every session you've ever skated, by month. Mark a moment, write a note against it. Come back to it in February and know exactly what you were thinking.
Weekly check-ins
Thirty seconds. How did the week go, what's bothering you, what do you want to work on Sunday. Your coach reads it before you get on the ice.
Off-season doesn't stop
The rink shuts in April. Your record doesn't. Game logs, goals, film and notes carry across seasons.

You arrive. Your name's on the roster on Steve's phone — no paperwork, no chasing a cheque.

Cameras roll. Nobody presses anything, nobody thinks about it.

Off the ice. Session ends.

Full session video in your portal. All six goalies who skated see the same film.

A condition of joining
Why the film is shared
The full session video goes to all six goalies who skated in it. Not clips of your athlete — the whole session, seen by the group.
That's deliberate, and it's what makes same-day film possible. Cutting six individual videos out of every session would mean hours of editing and a week of waiting. Sharing the session means everyone gets it that evening.
It's a condition of joining the 1% Club, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it in a form. If you'd rather your goalie wasn't filmed, the 8:00 AM group session isn't filmed at all and you're welcome there.
