How do I book ice time with Puck Warriors Goaltending?

Go to the Book Now page to see our live schedule of upcoming goalie sessions. Each session shows the date, time, and how many spots are still open. Pick a session, choose the goalie it's for, pay securely online, and you're booked — a confirmation appears instantly and is saved to your portal.

How can I see how many spots are left in a session?

Every session on the Book Now page displays its remaining spots in real time (for example, "3 of 8 spots left"). Once a session fills up it's marked full, so you always know availability before you pay. Spots update live as other families book.

How do I pay for a session?

Accepted Answer

Payment is handled through secure online checkout by card. You can also pay using a prepaid session package or any PWG credit on your account — both are applied automatically at checkout. Your card details are processed by Stripe and never stored by us.

Will I get a confirmation after I book?

Yes. As soon as your payment goes through you get an on-screen confirmation and a notification in your dashboard confirming the session, date, time, and player. Every confirmed booking stays listed in your portal so you can check the details anytime.

Can I buy sessions in bulk to save money?

Yes. We offer session packages that lower your per-session cost. Packages never expire and can be used for any player on your account — just choose "use a package" when you book instead of paying by card.

What is PWG credit and how do I use it?

PWG credit is store credit held on your account. It's issued when you cancel a session in time or when we make an account adjustment, and it's applied automatically toward your next booking at checkout.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel a confirmed session at least 24 hours before it starts, the amount is returned to your account as PWG credit for a future booking. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window are not credited, since the ice and coaching are already committed.

Do I need an account to book?

Yes — a free account lets you manage players, see your booking history, track PWG credit and packages, and receive confirmations. You can create one in seconds from the Login page before checking out.

What ages and levels do you coach?

We train goaltenders of every age and level, from first-year house-league goalies to AAA, junior, and pro-track prospects. Every athlete gets a position-specific development plan built around their current game.

Do you offer private goalie lessons as well as group sessions?

Yes. Alongside small-group, goalie-only clinics we offer 1-on-1 private lessons with individual skill assessments, custom training plans, and flexible scheduling. Both can be booked online.

Who are the coaches?

Our Hockey Canada certified coaches bring 20+ years of high-level experience and OHL, QMJHL, NCAA, and Team Canada backgrounds. Sessions run with low goalie-to-coach ratios so every rep gets corrected.

What should my goalie bring to a session?

Full goalie equipment, a water bottle, and both a light and dark jersey when possible. Arrive dressed and ready roughly 15 minutes before the session start time listed on your confirmation.

What does "1%" mean?

1% is our members' portal — the name reflects the mindset of the goalies who commit to being in the top 1%. Signed-in members use it to track sessions, progress, packages, and PWG credit.
