Your goalies are the position nobody coaches.
Every association in Durham has the same gap. Forwards get skill sessions. Defence get positioning. The goalies get whatever the coach remembers from when he played.
It isn't neglect — it's that goaltending is a specialist position and most teams don't have a specialist. We are one.
We'll take your goalies for the season: the same curriculum, the same standards, the same coach every week. You get a development record for each of them and a report card you can hand a parent or a board.

Every session logged. Skills assessed. Termly report cards per goalie — what they've worked on, where they are, what's next.
We handle the running of it
Scheduling, attendance, reminders to parents, and one point of contact. Your team managers get their evenings back.
At your rink or at ours
We'll travel to your home ice, or run your block at Campus Ice Centre.
